What is "Realna Nadzieja"?

Realna Nadzieja (eng. "Real Hope") is the name of an emerging Christian movement among Christ followers in Poland. It is comprised of Polish Christians from diverse backgrounds, who have made a deep missional commitment to share the hope Christ brings into their life with others around them.

Our Logo

Besides displaying "rn" - the initials of Realna Nadzieja - our logo also depicts a person sharing hope. Christ is our Real Hope, but as we share Him with others, we become messangers of hope in the process - the people of Hope. So the logo symbolizes every one of us as well.

Our Purposes

Inspire Prayer
We believe prayer is a a two-way conversation with God. Prayer changes the world around us as much as it changes us. We pray because we want to ask God to transform both. Through Realna Nadzieja we seek to inspire each other to regularly pray for people in our lives. We also want to come together as a Christian community and pray for our country and its spiritual needs.

Activate People of Hope
By our definition, a "person of hope" is someone, who experiences the hope that Christ brings in his/her everyday life and shares that hope with others. Being a "person of hope" is a lifestyle, not merely a series of isolated efforts. We seek to encourage Christians to make sharing Christ's hope with others an integral part of their everyday life.

Unite in Mission
Christians world-wide, regardless of denominational background, social status or personal preferences, have a common mission - to follow Christ and to help others do the same. This mission was defined for us by Christ and His Word. We encourage Christians from all backgrounds to participate in this mission in ways that are unique to their tradition and relevant to their surroundings.

Present Christ
Our relationship with Christ has changed our lives, but for so many in our country Christ remains distant and irrelevant. We work together to draw new attention of Polish people to the person of Christ and present him as real hope for every person.

Transform Lives
Whenever hope offered by Christ reaches human hearts, it becomes a force for life transformation. It has the power to change individuals, families, communities and even entire societies. We want to allow this hope to transform us, our families and our communities in practical and tangible ways.
